- I spent decades on the weight loss roller coaster—every plan, every program, every fresh start on Monday. And I was good at it. I could lose weight. I just couldn’t keep it off, because no one was addressing what was actually happening in my brain and my body.
- When I finally started connecting the dots between neuroscience, attachment theory, gut health, and habit formation, everything shifted. Not overnight. Not perfectly. But permanently.
I’m not a researcher. I’m someone who connected disparate dots out of desperation—and discovered that food dysfunction isn’t a character flaw. It’s an intelligent adaptation.
